Every event is different. Our FAQ covers some of the most common questions about planning, music, equipment, setup, requests, timing, and what to expect when working with North Eleven Entertainment.
How much is the deposit?
A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event.
How far do you travel?
We proudly serve Quinte West, Trenton, Belleville, Greater Napanee, Kingston, Prince Edward County, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
Do you take song requests?
Absolutely. We welcome requests from you and your guests while ensuring the music matches the atmosphere of your event.
Can we provide a playlist or must-play songs?
Yes! We encourage you to provide a playlist, must-play songs, and a do-not-play list so your event reflects your style.
Do you provide microphones?
Yes. Wireless microphones are included with our wedding packages for speeches and announcements.
Do you provide MC services?
Yes. Professional MC services are available as an optional add-on, including introductions, announcements, and helping keep your event running on schedule.
Are you insured?
Yes. Proof of liability insurance can be provided upon request for venues that require it.
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?
We use professional-grade equipment and carry backup equipment to ensure your event continues without interruption.
